Facts of the Fatal Utah Car Accident

A Wal-Mart employee found the accident around 8 am on Friday morning and contacted the Hurricane Police Department. The responding officers stated that given there weren’t any skid marks and the absence of street lamps; it is quite possible that Jason Lambeth was unaware that he was on a hilltop. According to the Dixie News, Police officers have ruled out the use of alcohol, drugs, suicide or foul play as contributing factors in this accident.  Jason Lambeth fell over 60 feet. He was not wearing his seatbelt and died upon impact.
