A Cornish man was reported to be facing DUI charges after he collided with a semi-truck in Logan Canyon on Sunday.

It was at this point when he struck the semi-truck.
The report said that hazmat teams responded to the accident and the traffic was rerouted around the area using one lane with short closures for vehicle removal and clean-up.
Utah Highway Patrol disclosed that the driver of the semi-truck was uninjured. . Blair on the other hand was transported to Logan Regional Hospital and released.
UHP officials suspected that the accident was caused by Blair’s impairment. He was booked at the Cache County Jail on a driving under the influence charge.
